Page 436: 12 Aug 1811, Daniel Putman to Jesse Berryman, for 100.00, 30 acres being a part of a 140 acre Survey made for Nicholas Robinson on the waters of Drakes Creek, beginning at upper corner of William Smith on east side of middle fork of said creek.  Signed also by Prudence Putman who relinquished right of dower.

Page: 438: 10 Aug 1811, Daniel Putman of Knox County, Indiana Territory (note that in deed above he is listed as being of Warren Co., KY), to Joshua Logan, for .00, 150 acres on waters of Middle fork of Drakes Creek, and aonther tract of 140 acres which begins on line of William Smith Putman reserves for himself 30 acres off west side of said 140 acres tract adjoining Jesse Berryman line, as well as part that lies south of dividing ridge conveyed estimated at about 230 acres.  Deed is also signed by wife of said Daniel Putman, Prudence Putman, who relinquished dower right.
